AI that runs on your key, your terms
AI features are optional and off by default. You choose the provider and model; the request goes straight from your browser to that provider with your own key. There is no Beeta Hive server in the middle and no shared key.
- Defaults to an EU-hosted model for data residency; pick self-hosted for zero third-party calls.
- Only the flow you are working on — never secret values — is sent, and only when you trigger an AI action.
- Every suggestion is shown for review and is never applied automatically.

Beeta Hive is privacy-first by design: what you work on stays on your device, under your control.
Your flows never leave your browser
Beeta Hive runs entirely on your device. Integration flows, scripts, reports, documents, traces and your inventory are stored locally and never sent to a Beeta Hive or Ekonbee server — no telemetry, no analytics, no profiling. The only outbound data is what you choose to send to your own AI provider, with your own key, when you actively use an AI feature.
Where your data lives
Everything the extension produces — flow content, scripts, reports, documents, traces and your interface inventory — is stored locally in your browser. It is never sent to a Beeta Hive or Ekonbee server.
What we never do

- No access you are not already authorized for
The only outbound data
If you enable AI, the flow context you choose is sent — from your browser, with your own key — to the AI provider you configured. You (or your organisation) are the controller of that transfer. Choose Mistral or self-hosted to keep it in the EU.
Your GDPR rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because data stays on your device, you can clear all of it any time from the extension's settings, or by removing the extension.

This website
The site is static and self-contained: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. It contacts a server only when you choose to submit the consulting form, which sends the details you entered to Ekonbee so we can respond to your enquiry — nothing else about your visit is collected, profiled, or shared. Your IP address is processed only transiently by the hosting provider to deliver the page, as is technically necessary.
The extension
Beeta Hive runs in your browser and stores data using the browser's own storage. Categories: your configurable rules and interface inventory, generated reports/documents/traces, UI preferences, and — only if you enable AI — your AI provider API key (stored on your device only, never synced). The names and expiry of certificates and keystore entries may be read for the governance features; secret values are never read.
Lawful basis
Where the extension processes personal data on your behalf within your SAP tenant, it does so under your instruction as part of a tool you operate; your organisation remains the controller for that tenant data. For optional AI, your action is the trigger and your key authorises the transfer.
International transfers
The extension performs no transfer to us. The only transfer is the content you choose to send to your configured AI provider; selecting Mistral (EU) or a self-hosted endpoint keeps that within the EU.
Retention & deletion
Local data persists until you remove it. Use the in-app “Clear all data” control, your browser's site-data tools, or uninstall the extension to erase everything.
Automated decision-making
None. AI output is advisory and shown for your review; nothing is applied automatically.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
